Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Prior to 45 days or more – 10% of tour cost.
2. Between 44 and 31 days of departure – 25% of tour cost.
3. Between 30 and 15 days of departure – 50% of tour cost.
4. Between 14 days and 7 prior to date of departure – 75%.
5. Between 6 days and In case of no show – 100%.

Despite the fact that some activities may occasionally be suspended under such circumstances, we ensure to offer the most satisfactory alternative. However, it’s important to note that in these situations, refunds will not be issued.

Should a trip be unable to reach completion due to unforeseen natural disasters or events, such as heavy rainfall, snowfall, earthquakes, landslides, strikes, or bandhs, please be informed that no refunds will be granted. It’s unfortunate when such circumstances arise, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these challenging situations.

In the case of additional costs arising as a direct result of unexpected natural events, such as inclement weather, earthquakes, landslides, strikes, or bandhs, customers will be responsible for these expenses. MyIndiaTripOnline disclaims any liability for such extra charges. We encourage our clients to prepare for these potential situations to ensure a smooth travel experience.
